Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Chief Data Scientist /Architect of Lemma Technologies. This role will be responsible to define and execute the technical strategy for adoption of modern AI / ML practices to acquire, process data and provide actional insights to Lemma customers.
  • Good understanding of the entire journey of Data acquisition, Data warehouse, Information Architecture, Dashboard, Reports, Predictive Insights, Adoption of AI / ML and NLP and provide innovative data oriented insights for Lemma customers
  • Deep understanding of Data science and Technology and can recommend adoption of right technical tools and strategies.
  • Expected to be hands on technical expert who will build and guide a technical data team
  • Build, design and implement our highly scalable, fault-tolerant, highly available big data platform to process terabytes of data and provid customers with in-depth analytics.
  • Deep data science and AI/ML hands-on experience to give actionable insights to advertisers/ customers of Lemma
  • Good overview of modern technology stack such as Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, HBase, Hive, Presto etc.
  • Automate high-volume data collection and processing to provide real time data analytics.
  • Customize Lemma’s reporting and analytics platform based on customer’s requirements from customers and deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.
  • Lead multiple projects to develop features for data processing and reporting platform, collaborate with product managers, cross-functional teams, other stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Leveraging a broad range of Lemma’s data architecture strategies and proposing both data flows and storage solutions.
  • Managing Hadoop map reduce and spark jobs & solving any ongoing issues with operating the cluster.
  • Working closely with cross functional teams on improving availability and scalability of large data platform and functionality of Lemma software.

What You’ll Do:
Publisher Pipeline Development

  • Negotiate favorable and fair terms for partner agreements. Work closely with legal and finance on the completion of agreements.
  • Provide white-glove service in the onboarding process.
  • Create, automate, and implement processes that improve the publisher sales process.

Internal Supply Leadership

  • Monitor the overall network and share pertinent performance information with the team. Ensure the account management team is effectively managing all publisher partnerships.
  • Provide counsel on how this team can better serve our partners and work more cross-functionally.

You’ll maximize revenue opportunities from prospective buyers and ensure that those partners are receiving mutually beneficial value and service from our team.

This role will constantly evolve, just as the world of programmatic advertising does. You’ll attend in-person local and national events and conferences to understand the latest trends. You’ll constantly search for new and innovative ways to serve our brand and agency partners while bringing your personal touch and style to the relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop a strong, specific, strategic pipeline of agency and brand accounts. Show consistent and accurate forecasting skills when regularly presenting new business opportunities to Executive leadership.
● Conduct high-impact meetings with prospects and clients. Have a large appetite to learn your client’s business like it’s your own.
● Maintain excellent records, document everything, and come prepared to meetings with sales updates.
● Become a trusted advisor to your prospects and clients, building relationships both up and across their organization.
● Develop winning strategies and proposals, collaborate closely with internal teams, and adjust sales tactics to meet evolving market demands.
● We are a startup, and you’ll need to ideate, create, and deliver your proposals. Account management will support you, but this will be critical in the first year.
● Work collaboratively with your analysis and operations teams in India to support your prospective clients better.

Skills & Qualifications:
● 7+ years of experience in Ad Tech/Programmatic sales must have experience selling CTV
● A strong network of contacts at brands, Hold Co and Independent agencies. Strong ideas on how to make an immediate revenue impact.
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree (Masters or MBA) preferred.
● Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding new business and revenue targets.
● Must have met minimum $5m+ yearly revenue targets.
● Deep knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, software product sales, programmatic technology, and a specific understanding of the essential parts related to Connected TV. Demonstrate technical aptitude for programmatic supply chain expertise.
